As the plant matures it develops the characteristic fenestrations and splits of the species on a climbing support.

• Light: Bright indirect light is essential — maintains variegation intensity and supports vigorous growth. Avoid direct sun which scorches the variegated sectors. Insufficient light causes variegation to fade and growth to slow.
